At Lilac Market Headbands, we want you to love your accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your headbands.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
